About the Client
As per the FSSAI norms, it is mandatory for companies to ensure and demonstrate their employee fitness, specifically those who come under direct contact with food and consumers. Norms require new employees to get medically examined to ensure that they are free from any infectious, contagious, and other communicable diseases.
The Client required 3 Portals to manage, track lab tests & monitor the health status of thousands of QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) employees.
Understanding the Challenge
How did SynoXperts solve it?

We got the opportunity to be part of the initial brainstorming with the primary stakeholders. Being the tech partners, we not only designed and developed the portal but have come up with a proper project plan and achieved it in a given timeline.

The SynoXperts team developed an end-to-end system to solve the problem of lab test lifecycle management for Quick service restaurant employees.

We replaced the Monolithic architecture (Existing system) with a new-age technology i.e. Microservice architecture that ultimately helped in scaling up the system and reducing operational costs.

With technical expertise in React and Java, the SynoXperts team delivered a transformative and seamless experience inclining with the Client’s vision in a time span of just 6 months.

The portal helped the Client to manage 100s of users at a time and could easily track thousands of their employee’s lab tests and health reports.

We created a simple and interactive user interface that enhanced the client's user experience and also contributed to increasing the usability of the platform.
